Insert a virus-free, FAT32-formatted USB drive into the LD900 front panel USB port.
To archive data from the LD900 navigate to Receiver > Export.
Within the Export page, the Export Now option is available. In the event of receiver issues such as loss of solution, this option provides a method for exporting data to a USB drive for further analysis.
The LD900 will retain the last 72 hours of logs. When exporting data for analysis by VERIPOS support it is recommended to provide data commencing from three hours prior to an event until one hour after. Data will be exported to a file titled ‘ld900_archive_data.zip’. When exporting from multiple systems to one USB drive, each file must be manually renamed or removed after each export, to avoid overwriting a file.
